Hey, I m honestly saying that I lost weight on this plan and I m sure anyone else can do that too….I personally believe that is the best plan cos I not only lost weight but I also feel more energetic and it was easy for me to stick to cos I didn’t starve myself ….I literally ate my weight off…….If we eat right foods at right time we will lose no matter what , moreover the book talks about all great foods, mega fat loss secrets, great diet plans, detox and lots of other cool stuff …..
