you can’t just do crunches you have to combine it with a good cardio workout.

stand in front of the mirror. spread your hands like wings. bend sideways and try to touch your body with your hands and shoulder in one line. do not move or bend your hands. just bend your waist sideways. do this 20 times a day. you’ll have a beautiful waistline in a month believe me or not.
