DONT DO SITUPS!!!! they are the perfect way to hurt your back. there is no way to target fat loss. Just do cardio as much as you can, this will lower your total body fat, you will lose it soon im sure, and if not be a fat ***** like me!!! You will lose it im sure

Pilates is great for your core all around. But like I always say, **** abs are made in the kitchen along with some hard core cardio! For more support, get a online fitness buddy, great adviced and to sign up for a fun challange, join us at….

Any aerobic exercises will burn fat, but you need to tone those muscles on your lower abdomen.
Try this: lie on your back, put your legs straight up (keeping them together) and lift up your buttocks using your lower abs. It’s easy to cheat and just swing your legs back and forth, but keep on doing this little by little, don’t get discouraged if you can first lift up just a little, when you see the results you’ll be happy you did it.
Good luck!

crunches. do them slowly as to make your abs do all the work. also when doing those crunches, hold your stomach in. if you do them slowly and not pull on your neck, you’ll be fine

There is a difference between toning your abdominal muscles and tightening the area up by losing some fat around the abs. You can do crunches until you’re blue in the face, and you’ll have amazing abs, but you may not be able to tell due to the fat covering them. Jogging for an extended period (2-3+ miles) is great for this. Pace yourself. Try to go without any breaks. When you’re done, you will be able to feel it in your lower abdomen. Sometimes you can actually see the difference too. Plus, you feel great once you realize that most people can’t do one-quarter of what you just ran.
