Is 30mins of cardio on the cardio bike enough if it’s done everyday?

Only you and a doctor or trainer can answer that. It depends on your goals.
30 minutes a day of cardio for me is a big workout, for a more in shape person that is a warm up. It really comes down to how much work your heart is doing and how much fat you are trying to burn.
