Tips voor muscle builing at home?

I have a very busy life, work and my horses. I have heard so many stories about the ultimate fat burner…building muscles! But i do not have the time to go the gym.

What kind of excercise without the attributes can i do at home for building muscles?

And i am a woman so especially the excercise for these lovely hips ;-)
Note: * i do not wanna loose weight!

get a pair of dumbells, you can exercise a lot of body parts especially the hips. try holding a dumbell out in front of you and twist your torso – you will feel your hips tightening.
