Pros and Cons of the Fat Burning Furnace Plan

With all of the diet and exercise programs out there, it is obvious that not every plan will suit every person. Some people like strict plans, while others like plans that allow more freedom in their food choices. Some like workouts that include intense cardio, while others like less intense exercises such as yoga or pilates.

The Fat Burning Furnace Plan was created by Rob Poulos, an ordinary person who had struggled with obesity his entire life. Through spending thousands upon thousands of dollars on separate weight-loss plans Rob and his wife created Fat Burning Furnace, which enabled them to lose over 100 lbs of fat combined.

While the plan has enabled Rob, his wife, and many others to lose excess fat, build lean muscle, and increase their energy levels, this program is not guaranteed to work for everyone. It takes some work, and there are a few things that every person should consider before purchasing the product.

Fat Burning Furnace Pros and Cons

Pros:

The plan will not take over your life. Fat Burning Furnace is designed to have you exercising only 45 mins- 1 hour each week. It is a good plan for busy people; you can easily fit in the 15-30 min work out during a lunch break or by waking up a little earlier. The nutrition part of the program does not require a great deal of changes in your diet, and the Fat Burning Furnace plan, I believe, is more about the strength training exercises than what you eat. The book is written in an easy to follow manner, with many pictures illustrating the exercises. Their website includes a plethora of reviews and testimonials, so, it is obvious that the plan is not just another diet scam. *There is a 60-day money back guarantee, so if you decide the program is not for you, you can just get a refund. No questions asked.

Cons:

For the many of us who are used to exercises based on cardio, it may be difficult to adjust. The program is focuses on strength training solely for at least the first few months. After that you can add in 30 mins of H.I.I.T training a few times each week. That said, since this program is based on the workouts, you need to be dedicated to see results. So, if you don’t like working out, or can’t, this plan isn’t for you. The book is written like Rob talks, so while it is easy to read and follow, some people many not like his casual style. The plan works best for those who have access to a gym or gym equipment. While you can modify the exercises and use your own body weight as resistance instead, having the right equipment produces the best results.

In conclusion, the Fat Burning Furnace Plan is a good program for someone who is looking to get fit by exercising more and making a few changes in their diet. While it is not the most advanced plan on the market, for a one- time fee of thirty-nine dollars, you absolutely get more than your moneys worth of information.

A Review of The Fat Burning Furnace System

The Fat Burning Furnace System is a diet and exercise program created by Rob Poulos that is currently all over the Internet. But, does the Fat Burning Furnace System live up to it’s reputation (you can lose 26 lbs of pure fat in 7 weeks), or is it just another “fat diet” that will fade out before the years end?

First, the Fat Burning Furnace System is NOT a magic bullet, for anyone who is looking for just that. The system is a 158 page e-book which focuses on the proper way to exercise and which foods to eat to optimize your fat burning. So, fat burning furnace is not a scam, but you need to be committed to the program to see results.

I have been using the Fat Burning Furnace system for about three weeks and I can assure you that it is not just another “fad diet” or diet scam. While the exercises are less frequent (you only need to work out for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week), they are strenuous. And, while the diet is sensible, well rounded, and easy to follow, it is essential that you follow a healthy eating plan to see the best results. So, no pizza and soda for a while!

My favorite part of the Fat Burning Furnace system is that it is written in an easy to follow conversational form, and the e-book contains many illustrations to aid you with the exercises. The diet contains foods that you (and your family) would eat normally, so there are no added expenses for special foods. For people who are NOT looking for a quick fix, rather a way to lose weight, get fit, and change an unhealthy lifestyle, the Fat Burning Furnace system is a very reputable choice.

The Fat Burning Furnace System V.S. The Strip That Fat Diet

Two of the most popular e-weight loss programs around right now are the Strip That Fat Diet and the Fat Burning Furnace System by Rob Poulos. Both have plenty of success stories from thousands of people worldwide, good reviews, and of course really do help you lose weight.

But the question is, which program is better for you? And what is the difference between these two programs?

You, the user, can only answer this question since your lifestyle and goals will determine which plan works for you.

Below is an overview of the plan differences.

Fitness:
The core of the Fat Burning Furnace system is its weight loss and strength training plan, which enables you to build lean muscle mass, which in turn burns fat. The Strip That Fat diet on the other had is based on removing the “10 unhealthiest” foods in your diet and replacing them with the “10 healthiest foods” which will enable you to lose weight. So, if you absolutely positively cannot work out, for whatever reason, I would suggest trying the Strip That Fat Diet.

Increasing Your Lean Muscle Mass:

If your goal is based on gaining muscle and transforming your body, I would use the Fat Burning Furnace System. His wife, who gave birth to two children, has a six-pack! That was enough to sell me on the product.
On a side note, I feel as though I should mention that Fat Burning Furnace system does include a diet portion, I just think your results are due to the strength training.

Easiness:

Compared to other diets, both the Fat Burning Furnace system and the Strip That Fat diet are user friendly. One of the things I liked most about the Strip That Fat diet is that they have a program which allows you to enter the foods you like to eat, and the program creates you your own personalized diet plan…it’s like having your own nutritionist.
On the downside, I have received better support from the people though the Fat Burning Furnace system, I feel as though the people at Strip That Fat have a lot of customers but not enough people in customer service.
That said, since Rob Poulos created the diet and used it, it’s kind of like his baby. He gives you that extra personal touch, if that is what you are looking for.

Conclusively, both programs do give you results; it just depends on what you are looking for and what kinds of plan you want to follow.

Fat Burning Furnace Overview

In this Fat Burning Furnace review I am going to cover what this program is, whether it works for people that have followed it, and what exactly it can do for you:

Fat Burning Furnace is a program normal people can follow to achieve long lasting body fat loss. As oppose to being one of those ‘fad’ systems or programs, this one shows you how to successfully burn body fat and lose those pounds using solid principles of a healthy diet and exercise. The program itself is designed by a guy called Rob Poulos, who was overweight himself. After he successfully lost weight and body fat, he has helped other people achieve the same thing.

On average people that follow this system lose weight and body fat relatively quickly. Usually in the first week they lose several pounds and over a 4 week time frame usually lose around two thirds to a stone in weight. When following any kind of diet you can usually expect the most dramatic results in the first few weeks, so providing you are healthy this rate of weight loss will be safe and most people are happy to be around a stone lighter in a few weeks from when they began.

This program is for normal people that currently have extra unwanted pounds of weight and body fat that they want to get rid of for good. This program helps you achieve that by giving you a good exercise and nutrition regime that is simple and straight forward to follow and achieve your desired results with. What makes this program different from many of the programs on the market, is that the person who created it was also overweight himself, so he has first hand experience of what works and what doesn’t for effective fat loss.

In this fat burning furnace review I am going to also reveal what you get with this program. The meat of this program is a full 128 page fat burning ebook guide, but you also get some complimentary bonuses and tools to help you lose that flab. The material itself is fully downloadable onto your home computer.

In the Fat Burning Furnace book, Rob did a good job of defining the key diet and nutrition tips that can make a big difference in your fat loss, but failed to go further in to proper post workout nutrition and defining special nutrition like certain fats and dairies that can actual make you leaner.
