Best exercise to achieve flat stomach?
I am not overweight but I do have extra belly fat and it had recently started to bother me. What is a good exercise to get rid of belly fat? I only weigh around 125 and I’m 16.

it’s called losing weight
If the belly fat really bothers you, I would suggest you do regular sit-ups, they’re the best for eliminating belly fat.
But keep in mind, that a little belly fat could be sexy. Don’t obsess over it too much.!
Do a lot more walking….
Also try using an exercise ball……those workouts help a lot cause you have to balance yourself in order to do the workout….
Also try pilates…..Its a great core workout….
1-3 set(s) of 30 crunchies (sit-ups) a day. One set when you wake up one whenever during the day and one before you go to bed. You’ll notice the difference, believe me, it will only take a couple of minutes out of your dayper day and is really good at turning fat into muscle. But I also suggest running and swimming. Both sports work all muscles in the body (including the stomach.) Try looking up some yoga exercises too that focus on building your abs, if you want to try something a bit different. Good luck m’dear!
Run/jog 3-4 times a week and do abdominal strength exercises like crunches, side crunches, oblique twists, etc. before you run.
Swimming-without a doubt! You will exercise every muscle and improve daily your muscle tone. The multiple stroke styles, incorporated with swimming laps will do it! It is a lifelong skill and will serve you well. Check with the local RedCross Chapter for lessons in Jr. and Sr. Lifesaving- you will work into shape in short time, plus earn your certification. You may think you know how to swim, but you do not know the proper ways to warm-up, extend your extremities, and breathe, all while enjoying the ‘passive resistance of the water, which will ‘tone’ you muscularly all over!
