I stopped both over 4 months ago and I was worry free. yesterday I took a diet pill called Green Tea fat burner and I had a nasty panic attack! has anyone experinced this or similiar? do Diet pills actually cause or contribute to a panic attack and if so how long does it take for it to leave my body!

We are advanced weight lifters, we take the same products but do different routines with different weights, he lift more than me, we are taking a protein supplement and Zantrex-3 as an energy booster and fat burner (why not?), we are usual to protein and energy boosters like thermo shred, thermo burst, etc.
Recently he is suffering from strains, first on upper leg, now on chest (this was the worst) and elbow problems too. Could this be just a bad warm up, over weighting or symptoms of something worst?
I’m doing good, lots of energy, runing 1.5 hours twice a week, 750 abs 3 times a week, lifting hard, etc.
I know Zantrex-3 is a strong thing to take but I think we are used to green tea, mate, cafeine, and all those things.

i would to take the green tea fat burner pills last year for almost 9 months..i guess you can say i got addicted to them..and i recently stopped taking them 3 months ago..the thing is lately i been having anixety problems…do you think it could be from the pill??has anybody heard about that??maybe cause the pill has so much caffine in it???its a bad feeling to i feel at times i cant breathe
