Fern asked: I am leaving August 12 and will be back December 14 because I am dorming at my college. I am trying to lose weight and get strong for baseball, Pitcher. I would like to add some MPh to my fastball around 7-8 mph. I want to know what products would help me lose the weight and help me get stronger and cut up. No steroids or anything that is banned from collegiate sports. I will workout and have a routine but i just would like to know what are the good fat burners and things to help me get lean, not bulky. cant remember asked: I have been working out for oh about six months now and would like to know if anyone has a realy good workout and/or diet to go with it. I need one that is a muscle builder and a fat burner cause I am slightly chuby not fat but chuby I am 15, 6′ 2”, 185 lbs.
